“I work hard to make your real estate dreams come true!”
Andrea Whitchurch is a full-service agent familiar with residential listings in Tulsa and its surrounding communities including Bartlesville, and around Grand Lake. She currently lives on Monkey Island at Grand Lake.
Andrea was born and grew up in Seneca, KS. After receiving her Paramedic degree from Hutchinson Community College, she worked in EMS for 10 years where she worked for a full-time service, a volunteer service and mentored new EMT and Paramedic students. She then met her husband and relocated to Oklahoma.
Andrea has held many positions that have helped prepare her for her real estate career. She worked as a Sales Associate for JCPenny, US Cellular, and Hastings, an Ad Sales Representative for Broken Arrow Magazine and Owasso Magazine and as an Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist for a print/graphic design company, where she continues to work part time. “As a paramedic I learned how to handle very stressful situations,” Andrea says. “My accounting experience has taught me attention to detail, and my sales positions developed my customer service and communication skills.”
Andrea works hard to not only meet, but exceed the goals of her buyers and sellers. “I treat all of my clients with integrity and honesty,” Andrea explains. “I was raised in a family that taught me the value of being trustworthy.” She especially enjoys working with first-time home buyers, helping them find their dream homes.
In her leisure time, Andrea and her husband try to spend quality time with their families. “We enjoy hosting BBQs, playing yard games, taking the boat out, and fishing. And we are always up for trying new restaurants!”
